    of your loan

Select one of our stock of modular plans or send us
    your own

Preliminary site inspection and orientation of your layout

Pull building permits and site work starts
    (foundation and utilities)

Your modular home or building is delivered to the site in
    just a few weeks

Set crews and crane assemble your module together
    (average two day)

Finish touch up items, obtain your certificate of
   occupancy and a few weeks later you move in
   (subject to size)
